Course Policies

The course start date is the date the online course becomes available.

The online course will start and become available 14 days prior to the in-person course date.

Cancellations and refund requests are accepted up to 30 days before the start of an online course. The online course starts 14 days prior to the in-person course date. Eligible refunds will include the full tuition amount, less a 20% administrative fee.

Participants may transfer their course registration to another scheduled course without incurring any additional fees, provided the transfer request is made at least 30 days before the course start date. Within 30 days of the course start date, participants are no longer eligible for a refund but may still transfer their registration to another scheduled course at no extra cost.

Participants must attend the full in-person course, complete all online content, pass quizzes (70%) and complete course and instructor evaluations to receive a certificate of completion. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate. Partial credit is not available.

LifeForce Education reserves the right to cancel any course, although every effort will be made to not allow that to happen. Extreme weather conditions or health epidemics don't happen that often, but unfortunately we can't control. Should circumstances require a course to be cancelled, participants will be entitled to a full refund or be allowed to transfer the funds to another scheduled course. LifeForce Education will not be financially responsible for any airfare, hotel or any other personal travel expenses if a course is cancelled.
